How fillers work
Three steps — from a photo assessment to a follow-up on the result.
- 1
Initial assessment
Send photos and describe what you’d like to change. The doctor will tell you whether the procedure is right for you and how much is needed.
Preparation
Send photos of the area you’d like to refine, and the doctor will advise whether the procedure is suitable and how much volume is needed. Let us know in advance about any chronic conditions, medications you take, and herpes flare-ups.
Before the procedure, the doctor examines the injection area and agrees on the shape and volume together with you.

The procedure
The procedure takes about 20 minutes, lip augmentation around 15–20 minutes, usually under local anesthesia. The filler is injected with a fine needle directly into the treated area, and the result is visible right away.
How the procedure works
Most fillers are based on hyaluronic acid or collagen — substances naturally present in the body. Dermal filler treatment is non-invasive, with no incisions or sutures.
Lip augmentation
Helps add volume and refine shape: for insufficient volume, asymmetry, loss of contour, drooping corners, dryness and loss of tone, and wrinkles around the mouth. The effect lasts from six months to a year and a half.
Chin and cheekbones
Fillers are also used to add volume to the chin and cheekbones, as well as to smooth wrinkles and depressions on the face and body. The doctor will determine the volume and areas from photos and during the examination.

Result and follow-up
The result is visible right away, while temporary swelling and minor bruising at the injection points usually subside within 24–48 h. The effect lasts up to 18 months — the duration depends on your body, how quickly the gel absorbs, and how well you follow the recommendations.

Risks and contraindicationsPatient safety is the priority at every stage. Before the procedure, the doctor assesses the patient’s health.
Risks
After the procedure, temporary swelling remains: hyaluronic acid draws in moisture. Minor bruising is possible at the injection points, along with redness and tenderness — these usually subside within 24–48 h. The doctor discusses individual reactions and possible risks with the patient before the procedure.
Contraindications
The procedure is not performed in cases of cardiovascular disease, blood clotting disorders, or epilepsy, with skin damage in the injection area, or during a herpes flare-up or other chronic condition. It is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
