Explicit Consent

This text covers your explicit consent to the processing of your health data and photos. Data controller: Dr. Royal Khankishiyev, info@royalplasticsurgery.com.

What you consent to

• Health information, medical documents and photos (special categories of personal data) that you choose to send via the website form, WhatsApp or e-mail for a preliminary assessment are processed: KVKK Art. 6/3-a; for visitors in the EU/EEA, GDPR Art. 9(2)(a).
• Purpose: preliminary assessment, consultation and preparing a treatment plan.
• Only the doctor and authorised team members who need this data for their duties see it; coordinators’ access is limited to the necessary information. If you proceed to treatment, the necessary information is shared with the relevant healthcare institution.
• This data may be transferred abroad through the services listed in the Privacy Notice (Cloudflare, Google/Gmail, WhatsApp/Meta).

Good to know

• Consent is voluntary. Without it you can still receive general information and come for an in-person examination, but we will not be able to assess your case from photos.
• You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@royalplasticsurgery.com. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
• Your photos are not published without your separate permission.
